Dustin Emenhiser
President

Dustin is the founding partner of Rally Point, motivated by 15 years of experience in the energy space built upon his time in the United States Air Force. Dustin’s comprehensive experience in the energy space provides him with a keen ability to understand the needs of a project holistically, moving from oil and gas field work, to senior management positions at established E&P companies within the oil and gas industry. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Robert Morris University, is a Certified Professional Landman, and a proud husband and father of three.
Lee Hebert

Lee has 15 years of field and corporate experience in the energy space, beginning his career on the operational side of oil and gas as a landman to most recently holding the position of Manager of Real Estate at Oriden, Mitsubishi Power’s full service renewable energy provider, where he guided Oriden’s efforts to build a strong utility-scale solar presence. Lee holds an MBA from the University of New Orleans and is a Certified Professional Landman.

Michael has 15 years of corporate experience in the energy space, starting on the operational side of oil and gas as a landman and most recently working in corporate finance as a business controller. Michael joins Rally Point by way of a multi-national renewable company, where he contributed to many budgetary, policy, and M&A strategy endeavors that guided the company’s acquisition of large, quality solar portfolios. Michael holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh’s Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business.
Erin Robertson

Erin is a seasoned title manager with 22 years of expertise in title and project management. Beginning her career in paralegal work, she has managed land titles for energy development projects, including oil, gas, renewables, as well as commercial and real estate titles. Erin's experience includes overseeing large-scale title projects for industry giants across the United States. She holds an associate degree in paralegal studies and business management.
Stacey Clark
Director of Administration

Stacey brings 14 years of land administration expertise to Rally Point, with experience spanning both corporate and service sectors of the energy industry. She has dedicated much of her career to the operational side of the oil and gas industry, beginning as a land technician supporting the timely development of drilling units. Prior to joining Rally Point, Stacey held the role of Lease Analyst Manager, where she oversaw leasing projects for leading oil and gas operators across various basins. Stacey holds an MBA in Energy Management from Waynesburg University and is also a licensed realtor in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
